Reserving the Boxer puppy of your choice

Puppy selection is done through photos and/or video content on the website. This is due to biosecurity protocols in place to protect our puppies, who do not have fully developed immune systems until 12 weeks of age. We do not permit anyone to choose a puppy below this age in person. If this is a requirement you may want to consider other breeders.

Deposit Policy and Approval Process

To secure a puppy we require:

1. Prior approval after a personal conversation with prospective clients.
2. Non-refundable deposit to hold the puppy until he/she is old enough to leave.
3. We do not hold puppies without deposit.
4. Deposits placed without prior approval are subject to a 10% processing fee and refund of the remaining amount.

Making a Deposit

To place a deposit, we accept payment through PayPal, which allows payment with credit or debit cards without a PayPal account. The transaction is secure, and we do not see financial information. You can either:

1. Use the "Buy Now" button on the website
2. Request a detailed invoice via email, which is valid for 24 hours, but will not hold a puppy until payment has been made.

Terms of Deposit

1. Deposit is non-refundable: You have committed to buy and we have committed to sell at the terms discussed.
2. Please confirm intent to purchase: Before submitting a payment, ensure you're committed to buying the puppy.
3. Puppy will be marked sold: Once a deposit is paid, the puppy will be removed from the market.
4. Failure to follow through: If you fail to complete the purchase, your deposit will be forfeited, and you may be liable for additional monetary damages, including collection fees.
5. In the event we fail to complete the transaction, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
6. We reserve the right to refund deposits or decline transactions at any time for any reason.

Payment of Balance

The balance due for the puppy is payable in cash at the time of pickup. The balance will consist of:

1. Puppy price: Less the initial deposit.
2. Delivery Fee: If applicable.
3. Microchip implant fee: If a microchip is requested.
4. Missouri state sales tax: If the transfer occurs within the state or you live in the state, sales tax will be collected at the current rate.

Alternative Payment Methods

If you'd like to pay the balance in a form other than cash, you'll need to obtain advance approval. This must be discussed and agreed upon at the time the deposit is made.

Holding Puppies Beyond Release Date

1. 7-day grace period: Clients are invited to take up to 7 days from the posted release date to make arrangements for their new puppy.
2. Forfeiture of claim: If arrangements for transfer are not made within this period, the client will forfeit their claim to the puppy, including their deposit.
3. Extended hold: In exceptional cases, a longer hold may be granted, but prior approval is required.
4. Per diem fee: If approval is given for extended hold a fee will be charged for holding the puppy beyond the initial 7 days, based on the following rates:
1. Days 8-14: $10/day
2. Days 15-21: $20/day
5. Maximum hold: With prior approval for extended hold no puppy will be held for more than 21 days.
